Collection

We understand that convenience is key, so we provide free collection services for any Lumaify items that you no longer need. Simply let us know a time that suits you, and our team will come to collect your lights or fixtures. If you’ve used our installation service, we’ll even remove old light fittings, shades, and fixtures as part of the process. Rest assured, we’ll handle the responsible disposal or recycling of these items, minimizing their impact on the environment.

Refurbishment

For items in good condition, we’ll explore refurbishment options to give them a new lease on life. Depending on the condition, we may refurbish the item and offer it for resale. In such cases, we’ll transparently share any proceeds from the resale with you, ensuring a fair and mutually beneficial arrangement.

Reuse or Recycle

In instances where refurbishment is not feasible or cost-effective, we’ll carefully disassemble the item and assess its components for reuse or recycling. Our goal is to minimize waste by salvaging usable parts or recycling materials responsibly.
